Food Fun: Amateur to Food Scientist – Spaghetti and Meatballs

So one of my favorite meals to make and eat is spaghetti and meatballs. Over the years, I’ve become a better cook with trial and error but there is something I always learn from looking at how other people make their rendition of a food.

I will say that I am in between the home cook and expert. I am do not use all either of these techniques fully and the amateur technique was something I did back when I was first learning to cook, not bad but definitely could have been better for me.
