Food Fun: Amateur to Food Scientist Brownies

Back to lighthearted food today! In this installment, I decided to direct your attention to something I love to bake, brownies. Looking at this video helped me understand why I wasn’t too fond of certain brownies, they were cakey. The ratio from flour to chocolate is so important for fudgy brownies.
